Can I get free sewing patterns on the internet?

Does anyone know of anywhere on the internet where I can find free sewing machine patterns, preferably where I don't have to sign up to anything.

Probably if you search. There are lots of knitting patterns free, and you might just find some sewing patterns that are free, but you will need to know how to download the actual pattern and make them up into the right size!
