I've taken Provera for 10 days and on my 5th day of menstruation, I will take clomiphene citrate-clomid for 5 days. When will be the best time to conceive a baby boy? My first day of menstruation is November 4, 2006. Then my OB-Gyne prescribed me Duphanton to be taken on November 28, 2006.

Boys are faster swimmers but live only about 2 days. Girls live longer so ovulation and timing becomes paramount here. Also, boys are born some 3% more than girls, but at 20 years or so the numbers are even. From that point on guys will be a minority on a fasting pace. This is not very scientific but all you can do to conceive a boy is to aim ovulation and ejaculation at max accuracy...;-) Also, up here we have a neat trick, place an axe under your bed while conceiving. Works about 50% of cases... Good luck to you.

I am so tempted to make a very sarcastic comment here, but I won't.
You cannot willing conceive a boy. There is a slightly higher chance of conceiving a girl, but it's roughly 50-50. Be happy with whatever you get. There are many people in this world who cannot know the joy of conceiving at all.

There is no way that you can determine the sex of a baby. People have myths and rituals that they do but if anything happens it is merely fluke. Of course the future might be different, doctors are researching ways to separated the X (Girl) sperm from the Y(Boy) Sperm that would be the only way one could truly ensure getting the sex they want.

This is going to sound wierd but it is true and works....i don't have mine anymore but maybe somewhere on the internet you could find it....but there is a chinese proverb thing....and....all you need to do is go by your age and the month you concieve....and it tells you what you will have....and swear it works! It did with all 4 of my kids and then everyone i met that was pg. i would show it to and they would figure theirs out and it was always right. Good luck....
