Well, it would depend on your definition of "psychic." I do not consider Tarot readers to be "psychic," even though some of them consider themselves as such. I have been helped by reading Tarot, and having my cards read for me, any number of times.

Tarot can be read in a variety of ways, but for myself, it is mostly a study, not a psychic phenomenon, in the sense of being "supernatural." The cards provide a set of symbols and correspondences between symbol systems, all linked to much ancient wisdom. That they can offer real help in making important decisions is true whether or not you find any supernatural element.

Psychics help people all the time, go read 'A Search For The Truth' by Ruth Montgomery or 'The Sleeping Prophet' about Edgar Cayce (the most well-documented psychic in history).

In a small way.The psychic may not have really be able to help people, but psychics somes gives people the faith to believe that a certain outcome will happen, and sometimes it does indeed happen.

Recent feedback………. “Thank you for your guidance in your reading you gave me. My life was full of fear and you gave me strength. You were accurate in what you told me about my problems and you showed me how to control my fears with your insight in the many readings I had with you. I truly hope one day the universe would grant me a wish where I could meet you in person and thank you for helping me through those darkest times I went through. Thank you, you are in a sense a guardian angel in disguise.” Client – Australia http://www.kasamba.zorbaziv.com/
