I've just looked this up, and it's definitely Primal Scream - Movin' on Up. It's used in the new Bacardi advert.

Yeah very trippy album, with no shadow of doubt it is by Primal Scream and is on the Screamadelica album.Listen to the track Higher than the sun,that's a nice chill out one, I've been listening to it recently gonna leave u now and play some music........ummm?....what shall i play while i have a smoke?.....
