I say, the name is Foghorn Leghorn, I say. I actually looked this up on Wikipedia a while back. I found out that the character first came out in the 1940's and was based on a popular radio character at the time called Senator Claghorne or something like that. The Senator was the first to use the phrase "That's a joke... I say, that's a joke, son".
