Okay, i took a digital Clear Blue Easy Pregnancy Test. After you test, it will say in words 'Pregnant' or 'Not Pregnant.' I took the test this morning and it said 'Not Pregnant.' So. i went to take the test strip out to throw it away, and i clearly saw a second blue line. The second light was very light, but its there and i showed it to my hubby and he could see it too. Could it be that the line was too light for the test to pick up as a 'pregnant.'? Could this mean i am pregnant, or should i not worry?

No, i did not wait more than 10 minutes. If you read my question, i said i took the test strip out after i took the test. Not even 5 minutes after i took the test.

Digital pregnancy tests were invented so that you wouldn't have to try and figure out how many linesthere were and what they mean. You should only rely on the 'Pregnant' or 'Not Pregnant' symbols when taking a digital test. The reason for this is kind of complicated but i will explain it the best i can.
With the Clear Blue Easy Digital test, the test not only detects the pregnancy hormone HcG, but also LH. LH goes up around the time you ovulate, but it is almost always found in your body at one time or another. So, that is why the second blue line shows up, because it detects the LH.
Heres a tricky thing about the Clear Blue Digital tests: It can tell if you are pregnant by the color of the second line. We cant tell just by looking at it ourselves though. Since your body almost always has LH in it, the second blue line will most likely show up, even if it is really dark. But if the test detects the pregnancy hormone Hcg in it, the second blue line will turn a certain shade of blue, that the test has been programmed to pick up. The test knows what it is doing.
Also, not many women know this, but it actually says on the instruction pampflet it came with, that you might see 2 lines. Its under the section about 'how to dispose if the test stick.' It clearly says not to look at the test stick itself for results, because 2 lines may be visible. Rely only on the digital results.
I hopes this helps, and i hope this didn't give your hopes up.
Just keep in mind: Digital pregnancy tests usually WILL have 2 lines, but that doesnt mean you are pregnant. Rely only on the digital results.

I had something similar happen to me with the pregnancy of my second child. If you take the home tests too early in the stage of pregnancy, it can show a negative result or a confusing result, i.e. the blue seems to be there but it is not strong. I would advise you to go to your doctor to get a blood test; then, there will be no doubts.

If you waited more then ten minutes to go back and remove the strip it is invalid. The package says that after ten minutes you shouldn't read the test because it will no longer be valid. Try taking another test or go to your doctor. Good Luck!!

the only way to know for sure is to take another test. try not to worry about it (I know -impossible isn't it) Usually it will only indicate you are pregnant if there is a high level of HCG in your body but this also is in some womens bodies naturally at low levels constantly which could explain the result.

did you read the instructions?!? HPT clearly state NOT to read any results after a short time frame, like 10 minutes or something. As the strip sits with your urine, it becomes overly saturated!!!!!.
