They need an expressor pump

You need to purchase a breast pump. If you only need to pump a few times a week, then buy a manual pump. They are very affordable, it just takes a long time because you have to manually pump the handle to express your milk. If you are going to be pumping a couple of times a day (lets say because you have to work), then you will need a good electric pump (which pumps for you). Medela makes great pumps, that is the one I use.

They have breast pumps that suck the milk out of the breast and it collects in bottles. Most hospitals will have a contact for you to call that can rent them to you.

Yes, many working mothers pump their milk for their babies. A woman can hand express her milk if she needs to. There are also manual, battery and electric breastpumps that can be purchased or rented. It depends on the mother's situation which method of expressing milk would be best for her.

They need to use a breast pump. It isn't easy unless your milk is already established. (You've been nursing for a while.) But then, once you get it started, the milk comes out pretty easy.
