if i'm not feeling well, I ask myself "what have I done to myself to feel this way?"
that's one asking
one that is feeling
one that listens to the question and answers
if it's all me then is it just time that keeps me from being whole in mind and perceiving myself while being myself while not knowing where the self is? (this guy needs a therapist or a buddhist seminar and is unwilling to pay for either)

you cannot always be a whole being, because you don';t have time for that. every person consists of layers, there are many different sides to a person. acknowleding these different layers, and feeling different ways, does not mean you're not a whole person. you are a whole person, you're just not usually aware that you're living all those layers at the same time. but just because you're not aware of them, doesn't mean they're a lesser part of you. they all make you and you shouldn't try to stop them in order to whole. coz if you do that, you'll denie part or parts of yourself and that is really when you will not be a whole person!
okay, it's hard to follow, but this is how i see it. just live life the way you are and try to be aware of the many different sides to you. then you'll be as whole a person as you can be!
