Actual "blue balls" is not lethal, just painful. It is in the 'self-remedies' of the condition that has cuased the most harm. People rubbing Mr. Johnson against moving conveyer belts that snag, getting cuaght in vaccuums or machinery, or by broken necks when trying to lick the agony away.
