The city is beautiful. There are things like the space center NASA- Galveston just a hour or less away. Plenty of things to do there. Moody Gardens, ,the ocean,.. wow, its hot most of the year. It is just finally reached one of the coldest times of the year at a LOW 53 degrees. The whole state is awsome.....TEXAS:-)

London, England. It's awesome :o).

I live in Central London, so I'm never more that 5 minutes walk from a bus stop or a tube station.
From where I live I can get the underground and be at South Kensington within 20 minutes, which is fantastic for the kids as they love The Natural History and Science museums. Perfect for a rainy day. We also have some of the most stunning parks. Victoria Park is 10 minutes walk away from home, and is massive. It's easy to forget that your in the middle of Hackney if you go there for a picnic or just to have a walk. Hyde park and Regents park are both stunning, although the former can get very busy in summer. Regents park also boasts one of my favourite attractions in town, London Zoo. A bit expensive to get in, I admit, but well worth it when you consider that we normally get there at about 11 in the morning and leave at around 5.30 when they're closing up.
I could go on for hours, so I'll just sum up with this. Even though we may not have the best weather, and some parts of london may not be too pleasant, for evey bad thing in town there are at least ten good things to counter it. My town rocks :o)

I live in a suburb of Chicago, IL. It's a great city even though I don't get out that much. Navy Pier, The Sears Tower and all the hot spots of the city plus the concerts and sports events if I had the money my social calender would be full! The weather is a little chilly 35degrees and it's just gonna get colder oh well the joy of the windy city.

I live in northeast Ohio. The weather sucks now (19F), but there are a lot of things to do.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Museum of Natural History, Cleveland and Akron zoos. Geauga Lake (was 6 Flags for a while) and Cedar Point amusement parks. We got the Browns, Cavaliers, and my favorites, the Indians. There are many ethnic festivals (Oktoberfest, Irish, Polish ,and Italian Festivals to name a few.)
I live in a rural area outside of Cleveland and Akron so there isn't much in my immediate area to do.

I have to say it (I watch SpongeBob) What's so great about dumb old Texas?

I live in northeastern Pennsylvania. There are mountains and lakes for recreation. Dairy farming is big here. County Fairs are fun. The skiing is good. It is a good, safe atmosphere to raise a family. The State college system is one of the best. Come on home to Pennsylvania.

Originally, I'm from Michigan in the USA. I love the pine forests, and all the lakes. If you want to do tourist-stuff, it's there. The carriage rides on Mackinaw Island, skiing in the winter, Henry Ford museum. Detroit Art Museum, and so on. I love the camping, the hiking, canoeing, swimming in the summer, and the skiing, skating in the winter.
