My Ex wife tells me that the guys she sleeps with have bigger ***** than me, she want to **** a couple of my friends and my best friend knows how to eat her out, I am all ****** up in the head and I want to die, I cant take this I rather get my *** kicked then to hear all this stuff, and then she says this is just the begining, How can I protect myself and my 4 boys from her. I am fighting for custody but she still tellls my kids stuff bad about me

Consult your lawyer and find out whether whatever that she utters to you can be used against her, for securing the custody of your children. If it is not possible, you must expedite the process of complete break from her, with or without her.Life is like that.

okay first of all do not talk to her unless she has something to discuss regarding the children. You do not need to listen to her. Then take this to court with you. Get a privet dick to follow her around you have to get hard evidence against her that she is putting your boys in a unfavorable situation. My ex-wife did the same thing but said other things. You are normal but don't go thru this process alone! Think about joining a men's divorce group.

Yahoo Groups has many groups dealing with fathers rights, divorce and custodial issues. Join a few and learn what to do. I never recorded my ex but you can. Trust me they will say every/any evil thing to get you upset.

And if YOU get upset and yell at her, SHE will file domestic violence against you?!@ It's all games... Realize many fathers/men have been thru this. Some like my brother died-they didn't make it.

But you can and must for your children. The trick is to join a group even anger management.
There are special anger management groups for men going thru divorce. If you can hook up with one of them, you will meet other men going thru the same thing.

Once you see the pattern that develops, you will be able to avoid some of the traps women set. All women go crazy in divorce-it must be hormonal. Don't suffer alone-keep talking it out.

Stay busy and be kind to yourself. Indulge in hobbies you gave up years ago. Read a book or play tennis etc. Good luck! Things get easier as time goes by. One day you will no longer be afraid of her or love her.

Your children will want to be with you when they get older. This is the trap women use-our children against us. Today my ex is still a prick. She even wants me back! Yikes...and so will yours (they all try to come back but only if they think we changed.)

Don't stoop to her level, kids will never turn on their mom, she's their mom. Just be strong and be a man. Start setting up a video camera (discretely) for these encounters, or get a hand held tape recorder for the phone. NOT to show the kids but the court if necessary. It'll keep you on your best behavior. Watch them whenever you think you need or miss her.

You can be the better person here - one of the 2 adults should be well, adult. May you be resilient.

She's only doing this to "get" to you and it seems to be working. My X did the same thing; not quite the same things you're talking about, though. It's sad because it can really affect your children. Once my children got older, they realized what a manipulator he was but it was very very hard when they were younger and he lied to them constantly. The way you're reacting is exactly what she wants. I know it's very hard but TRY your hardest not to let it bother you. Your kids will see by your reactions that you are the better person.

I agree that she wants attention. More to this, I think she does bad things to you because she expresses her disapointment, or her anger, regarding a thing that made her suffer a lot between you two.
It seems she discovered what is your weak point and she attacks you because she knows this makes you suffer.
Even if sometimes it's best to fight with enemy's arms, try to look at her as to a person in need of love and support. You've been together many years, so she must be suffering too and blaming you for her sufference.
Don't talk bad things about her in front of anyone. That will make others realise that you are a man of quality. And more to it, show your love to your kids, without caring of what their mother told them about you...
