A metrosexual is a heterosexual man who is very in to taking care of himself. Like most gay men dress very nice, always have their hair done, their place decorated to a T. If a heterosexual man does all these things like a gay man women call him a metrosexual.

A man who goes that extra effort with his appearance.He moisturises and uses hair product and the extreme even wear make up for men(!).He also usually has a very cool wardrobe and isn't afraid to experiment with fashion

seriously, my opinion on metrosexual guys is they dress gay so they must be gay. in other words they are not a real man, nothing masculine about them, a sissy.
