My own, when I was in my early 20's my fiance and I had an apartment together and we had a lot of friends we threw parties every weekend and a few got pretty crazy. It's fun to sit back and reminisce. One time our friends got into a fight with these people that were not allowed at the party and they were told to leave. They were such *ssholes, anyway they got into there fire bird and took off like crazy and they tried turning into this driveway which they thought was an alley that went through and they slammed into this car which slammed into a building. Thank God no one was hurt but it was pretty crazy. When your young you view things differently than when you get a little older and have your own babies to worry about. I had my fun and boy do I have the stories and pictures to prove it!!

It was the most amazing time I have ever dreamed of having. San Fransisco 2004...... Halloween. I had never been in San Fran, and I was enchanted with the city, the people, my traveling partners, and the hostel we were staying at. This hostel "the green tortoise" had a free keg party that night with dancing for anyone that was a registered guest. Then we were lead downtown to the party by an employee. They told us the "rules", they gave us ideas, they told us how to get around, and eventually home. we wandered the streets looking at all the different costumes - the different ideas of what people secretly wanted to be like when their identity was secret and they were lost among the croud. I danced to the live music at multiple stages set up on the closed off streets. I drank beer with so many different kinds of people. And I had the best time ever. I existed in this collective mass of happiness, yet I singularly was overtaken by the sheer number of people dancing, and dancing, and dancing. It was a night that I may not remember wholly, but will never forget.

When I was in college I rented a house with a girlfriend (before you get excited it was NOT in a good neighborhood and rent was cheaper than anywhere else in the area).

We had a "trashcan party". I bought a new metal trash can, cleaned it out, put fruit in the bottom and everyone brought a bottle of something (not beer) to go in it..and added lots of ice. I made about 20 different types of munchies, and all my musician friends and neighbors brought their instruments.

We had a great evening, of just mellow drinking, munching, and music playing/singing. I think I had about 30 people who just crashed on the floor that night, and left in the morning.

The best ones were the ones I can't remember!
I've been to a few good Halloween parties, costumes and alcohol!
There have been a few great New Years parties, but the best one was when I fell off the floor. I was sitting in an arm chair and kept falling out of it. I don't know how. I sat on the floor because it was too much trouble to get in the chair and I kept falling off the floor.
I had so much fun when I was younger.

There was this one party at a club complete with a five minute musical version of Beowulf performed on a stage while people danced on the dancefloor and drank a the bar. It was for all the students who should have been studying but chose to party instead. It was an interesting way to make the place liven up.

I would have to say the greatest party I ever went to was a going away party for a friend of mine a few months ago. the party started three days before she was actually leaving, and didn't end until we drove her to the air port. it was a pretty long rager and by the end there everyone was drinking coffee with one hand, and liquor or beer with the other. have to stay awake so we can keep drinking and partying right? i dont think that was the original plan, but hey, it was a great party. we saw her off in style. actually, remembering that party, i think i might have to plan a trip so i can have a going away like that, for three straight days. that was a great great party.
