Listen.. If you go to the dr and they tell you that you are depressed BUT you don't need medication than you need to call an attorney because he just became liable for your decisions based on is diagnosis and failure to perscribe. If your boyfriend / ex tells you you have issues than you probably do however so does everyone else in this world. If it's not a "psyco" condition it's a lack of confidence or self esteem stemming from something you didnt get from your parents. If you love him and he see's this in you than go to a DR that knows how to do his/ her job.. If you don't care what anyone else thinks than just dont do anything and continue to be a ***** to everyone around you when you dont get your way or something doesn't go as you want it to. Listen also,,, you being a psyco can also stem from being spoiled or given everything as a child and not having to take responsability for your actions and decisions because most of the time women are given excuses for their behaviors and are justifide by culture and media whom are all mostly people that grew up without parents or parents that didn't know anything about raising children. Success doesnot measure the charictor of a person so you should just find what makes you you be happy with that and if you can't blame your parents, do some self evaluating, and try to become a better person through the decisions you make once you are able to controll yourself and stop to think before you speak or act.

I say believe the Doctor also for depression I am sure you would need medication I would see someone else about it like going to hospital or to another Doctor just to be on the safe side as you don't want your depression getting worse in the long run.
Good luck and take care of your self

You're not psycho. You shouldn't listen to your ex anyway. She's your Ex. Sweetie just get on some medicine and see if it works for you. A lot of people need meds and aren't crazy. U may just have a chemical imbalance.

Who? The trained professional doctor? Or the untrained emotional ex who is looking for someone to blame?
Go with the doctor. Hang in there.

try the medication.i used to think the same thing myself but when i tried the doctor's prescription, i began to feel better. if your ex tells you you're psycho and uses the exact word, save yourself from the insults and stop talking to her.depression doesn't mean you're crazy.maybe you're depressed because of her

why do you still talk to your ex, this person is clearly getting off on making you feel like sh...t and your feeding her evilness by listening to her/him. EX means over stay away from that person , do something with someone else have fun even if you have to force it and you will see how much better you feel.(been there done that)

Couple of key words there "psycho", Ex and Doctor! Don't listen to your ex. Listen to your doctor and your heart. Then go with your heart and if you need help then please please please get the help you need. It's not easy dude, but it's do-able. Goodluck.
