Well thre has been a law taking measures for preventing population expolsion.They have started appointing Doctors and Engineers for the rest of the people who live in the village to educate them and Money funds are being taken through small things likeeven not books.They are experimenting things and Devoloping in the feild of IT.In the feild of edu. they havemade many more universities and colleges like IIT with best coaching and training for all subjects including arts and politics.People from the rural areas are given money by the gvnmt for health shelter and education.These policies hv strengthened after the coming of Tsunamis and Earthquakes .And government are giving laws for the betterments of agriculture too.And the Indians as well as some of the other nation's citizen are cooperating with thegvnmt to some extent
