if u guys have any other way to do pls tell me, because i come to know from my aunt around 50 years ago they dont have creme bleach they have prepare themselves with talc,glycerin,amonia and hyderogen.

Don't try that on your skin your just going to turn your skin red.
If you want to bleach your upper lip hair do it with a product like jolen bleach. you can buy it otc for $7

No, all the lemon juice is going to do to her hair is make it lighter and bring out natural highlights. Lemon juice applied to the hair then soked in the sun has this affect. But keep in mind that the lemon juice will strip the hair of natural oils that keep it hydrated so after she does this she might want to get a good moisterizing conditioner or hot oil treatment.

lemon juice works with a sun lamp.
peroxide is dangerous if you don't know how to use it properly.
