My fiance, soon to be wife and I are always making sexual comments and jokes to one another but alot of times when I make a minor foreplay on her its not as bad as not tonight I have a headache but might as well be. I love makeing love to her even when its only for her gain and not mine. But she works full-time and alot of times is not in that mood if you know what I mean, please help.

Women, especially if your not living with them, are not always "hot to trot" as the saying goes. As one said, if she comes home, cooks, irons her next day work clothes, relaxes for awhile, it's almost bedtime and she's not ready for sex.
You can't say once a week or twice a week under these conditions.
Maybe you can catch her "in the mood" on the week-end. Make a date of it. Take her to dinner, buy her something she'd like, however small.
Get home early enough to relax then try. Maybe it'll work but, not every time. Women are not like men, simply put.
If your living together try helping with some of these chores and she'll appreciate it I'm sure.

Setting the mood can be part of it for example if she has to come home and cook dinner iron etc to be ready for the next day sex gets put on the back burner so easily if you can ease these thing for her and go to the romance of flowers ...a bath , dinner on the table etc she may be looking at things in a whole different light

first off, nothing can harm your ego unless you let it.
second, do what you think would bring the most pleasure to her and to yourself. if it doesnt work than oh well try something else and no biggy.
