I'm doing the same thing to my truck. OK ,first, lift kits depending on how much lift and what brand. Maybe $1200 to $1800. Tires. I've been researching tires for a month now. Depending on tire size and brand. you could spend $150 to $500 a tire. You may need a body lift depending on tire size. Body lifts like $100 maybe a little more. Also something I don't hear people mention alot is there gear ratio. I can tell you if you got lets say a 36" tire and you want decent power and gas millage you'll like, 4:56 gears.I like Richmond not cheap either, If you don't care about gas millage than go bigger. Its a lot of money, but it sure is fun to be up in the air.

well that depends on how big you want to get to make it a "monster truck". The most popular size would have to be a 6" lift kit with 35" tires. I would figure about $1700 for the lift kit, $800 for the tires, and for some 17in wheels anywhere from $120 to $300 a piece, assuming your not going for the bling-bling look (think upwords of $500 a piece) Yes, you do need to regear even if u only put on 33" it is a good idea. With a body lift, you could possibly fit 37" tires, but if you do this, you better not to any hard core wheeling, because anything over 35" tires will need some serious front suspension mods or best choice, a solid axle swap. Figure about $3500 for a decent set up.
