im not sure if it's just blarney, or if it's blarney, cork.

Oh it's a village called Blarney, in the county of Cork. Cork is the biggest county in Ireland. The village is situated about 8km North of Cork City, with a population of about 5,226.

Blarney is actually a small town not far from Cork. The famous Blarney Castle and Blarney Stone is there. If you travel to Cork, you can catch a bus on the street across from the bus station (not at the bus station itself). It will get you to Blarney in about 10 to 15 minutes. I was there last December, and it was beautiful!
