Hello!! :o) First off.. you're not alone. In fact - 'thanks' to the anonymity of the internet - the number of people who are addicted to pornography has skyrocketed. And understandably so. No longer does someone have to go through the often humiliating task of waiting in line at a corner grocery store with a 'nudie-magazine' in their hand. They can simply hide away in their homes and turn on their computers. Every now and then I get carried away with pornography. I download lots of photos and videos and make a habit of masturbating in front of my computer screen. But then... for some reason... I start to feel overpowered by it all and clear my entire hard drive of every naughty image and video. It feels good to do that. It feels liberating. Unfortunately - only a couple of weeks later [usually] I'm back to 'looking' and 'downloading' again. For ME - I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I'm quite lonely. And maybe you can relate to that.

Like ANY addiction [or compulsion] the only way to become FREE is to FIRST make a decision to BE free. Then figure out WHEN it is you are most likely to lose the 'battle' you have against your addiction. If you are usually watching porn at night when you're all alone and everyone else is asleep - then you're going to have to take note of that and DO something about it. For instance - you could decide that you are no longer going to be online at NIGHT. If you have bookmarked certain websites - delete those bookmarks. If you have downloaded photos or videos - clear them from your hard drive. Make it LESS convenient to look at porn. IF you have to... stay off of your computer for a week. [Maybe even longer] It's not going to be easy. Dealing with any addiction isn't easy. So just take it one step at a time and focus on your goal of being FREE. I hope that helps. Craig!! :o)

How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet

1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog ,you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That's important.

2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov

3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.

4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.

5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.

6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.


Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

I don't know old you are nor where you get your porn..If it is from the net..you can block access..you will have to password it..then use the password to get into it..So once it asks for a password put anything weird, long and something difficult to remember and you won't have access DON'T WRITE IT DOWN EITHER..LOL.. I you buy it,,don't waste of money..if you rent it don't waste of money..Good Luck

Depends how old you are. If your 18 and over i don't think it's illegal. If not then your hormones have started to develope and p**n is what your hormones are just adjusting to. don't worry it's pretty normal but can be embarrassing. sorry if I'm not making sense
