maybe she thinks she is less attractive than you or she is not as wise as you or something .... you know it better. but how you can cope with it? let her to know that you are not standing in her way.
to be honest, I do not think jealousy can be cured but maybe you can soften it. I do not know much about you and she so I can not help more.

If she leaves a mess, don't clean up anything. If you have a shared space, take her trash and dump it on her bed, this works well for apartment living.
When she's studying, turn off the lights 'accidently' (on purpose) and then say a quick, 'Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't even see you there!' If that doesn't work, next time she turns the light off while your in her presence, just get up, turn the light on, and say, 'would you mind not turning off the light when I'm trying to study, it really makes it hard when I can't see the words.'
If she doesn't acknowledge you and puts her headphones on, maybe she just doesn't like you anymore, or you irritate her, just ignore her if that is the case. Try not to mimic her because that will not help the situation.
If she asks you for a favor, learn to say no. If she asks for something, tell her you'd rather not have other people use your stuff because you value it. Don't take any phone calls for her, don't communicate with her friends, and just go on with your life ignoring her.

this is an old trick but its still a good one....when she's asleep put her hand in a bowl of warm water she'll wake up in a puddle of pee and you will then have something to tease her about any time you feel the need to bring it up...this could make the situation worse so be careful

Leave it alone. God will do the dirty work. I mean it, really. I have seen it happen over and over. It seems at the time that you are going through the crap that it will be forever but let it be and if you are the good one, then it will come sooner than later.

What do you hope to accomplish by getting back at her? It will just make her angry and you in a more unpleasant situation.
Have you tried looking for a new roommate? Someone is always looking for a roomie. I might suggest telling her in a non-confrontational way why you decided to get a new roommate

Let me get this straight...you want to be childish because this person ignores you? So what? She ignores you, big deal. Does your life depend upon her acknowledging you? Are you old enough to be on your own with a room mate? Maybe you should be still living at home with mommy and daddy?

treat her like she treats you. ignore her, don't acknowledge her. turn the lights out on her. if this doesn't work move out. she obviously a b**** and if you're not careful she'll stab you in the back.
