Probably Jimmy Carter for what he is doing behind the scenes to keep the world together. There really are no leaders on "the stage" today, sadly. Tony Blair has been Bushes lap dog until he did something courageous with his announcement about Global Warming. But for some reason, no one will stand up and talk for all of us. We desperately need that as we face the life and death challenges of our far too immediate future. So I really can't vote as you ask, for none of them have the presence to be called the best.
