Where can I sell my lyrics?

I have been a musician / song writer for the past 12 years now and I am looking for someone to buy my lyrics. Any Ideas? Please only serious answers.

Sell them to bands or musicals. Many bands employ song writers and the Gershwin brothers wrote a lot of songs for musicals. You will probably need to hire an agent, but they will only make money if they sell your song. Meat Loaf became famous for Bat out of Hell 1 and 2, but he only sang on those recordings. Another guy wrote up the lyrics and music.
