There is no exact date because the Management has the discretioin to decide on interest rates.

The Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of England meet to discuss/set the base rate of interest on the first Thursday of every month.

There isn't a specific day/date as they have to operate by watching the economic climate and responding to it when need be. As their political power is so great in the respect that their decisions have to be very carefully decided.
