I was given a Muhurtam from 6-7A.M., Saturday, Nov 4. But this was given in Andhra Pradesh, India. Now I am in the U.S.. Does the same Muhurtam apply? Especially with the clock changes and all. If I did something in between 6 and 7 A.M. Saturday morning, it would actually be like doing something in between 7 and 8 o'clock without the clock change.

Well, to be frank this Muhurtam was given to me on the 29th of Oct when we were in India. I don't know if he took into consideration, the fact that we would be in the US on the 4th. The muhurtam is to start wearing a blue sapphire ring which was given as a remedy.

There you go F10. You were given a Muhurt by some Jyotish to wear a blue sapphire (for saturn) when you were in india. So, ofcourse the astrologer gave you muhurt according to indian latitude and longitude. and according to indian time.
Do one thing, dont get confused, just go to some temple. Pray to lord (Lorn Bajarng's or Shiva's temple would do). Stand facing god and just wear the Ring. Dont worry about the muhurt. keep cool. There's nothing like lord. Hope you're satisfied with my answer.

if that Muhurtam fixed taking into consideration of U.S state/place then u may consider even by indian astrologer.
lest meterially under go change. the purpose of Muhur not mentioned .
