Look for the snake at night. That is when snakes are most active. Also check your laundry. Snakes tend to like to hide in the dirty laundry of their owners. Check on/under or near warm places, like the TV. If it is cold where you live, the snake will seek a source of warmth. Beware if you have birds because rat snakes like to hide in the bird cage and then eat them when the light is out.

I'm hoping that this liitle fella is tame. maybe you should try putting some food into it's cage . when it gets hungry itll go in and pig out. hopefully you'll be there to close the door after it and never let it escape again. Good Luck!!
