After having sex lately I do not feel satisfied. Thinking that there should be more. Been married for ten years, only having one partner in my life and I am 32. Is it just me or is it more common then I think.

It is normal you need to bring new things into you sex life. Toys, romance, a nice outdoor setting with only you two. You need to bring more excitement into the sexual side of life.

SEX alone does not satisfy anyone.. in any relationship. what you should do is try and spice things up in a relationship. What i mean is ... Do something creative. Plan a trip for a nice weekend gateaway. Sex only takes up 15% of a relationship. Sex is not everything u should look for in a long lasting relationship. You should compromise and, Understand each other. Marriage is the concept of 2 becoming a 1. Maybe what you should do to spice up ur relationship.. is plan something diffrent. something u havent done before with him. Something that will show him teh untouched or unrevealed wild side of you. Plan a vaccation for 2 in a nice affordable place away from every1. And explore what you have been missing:) If you have kids then drop them off for few days at grandma's or friend's place. and spice things up. :)

I think a lot of people men & women feel that when they've been with the same person for awhile. Maybe you have just fallen into a rut. Just because you've been with the same person a long time it doesn't mean you can't keep your sex life fresh.

Look man this is a common problem of human beings and this is not in only case of sex in everything you feel this, and my opinion to recover from this mood off you have to talk about your wife about this and both of you choose the different experiences in sex, if you think that is good, this is good nothing like that in sex, sex means one heart one body OK. So relax and do experiments in sex, but both of them are prepared for this, I am not married but i am sure this is gonna work and both of you feel comfortable in your good relation life, best of luck from my side.
