cozy and quite ones?

there are only three resort in Beirut:
- Movenpick: nice but always crowded
- Riviera: Cozy but staff not so professional and is called as well the silicon valley (i think you know y)
- Sheraton Coral Beach: cozy, quite, very friendly staff and very nice rooms.

You can try the Movenpick in Beirut, has a really huge beautiful swimming pool, private beach, a little nice walkway by the sea, a small shopping center, good restaurants and probably some hot receptionist.

like AJ said...but if you r looking at chalet type of resorts, try Castel Mare (if u come in summer so you could enjoy the pool and sun) it's in Helweh after Jbeil.
If u come in winter you should go to Mzaar and rent a chalet and get real cozy in the snow, around the fireplace...or u can try El Arz (Cedars) you have plenty of chalets for rent there

Tourist and Natural food stuff e.g. Fruits and Veg. are grown all over Lebanon.

As for Tourist the country is so beatiful that you can't just get enough of it.
