I know you'll say go to the doctors, but im 3 weeks late, and did 4 tests already..... could it be stress? or could 4 tests fail? I have alot of systoms of being pregnant... i have 1 child already... could my mind really make my body believe its pregnant?

Your best bet is to go to the doctor to get a blood test, its very common to get a negative result from a home pregnancy test, I was 9 weeks and still had negative results. Blood test is accurate, your body can think your pregnant but it shouldn't make you 3 weeks late. Every pregnancy is different and if with your last child your test showed up doesn't mean it will this time. My first didn't but my daughter was a really strong positive at 4 weeks so its all depending on the baby. Stress can stop your period but it normally only delays it and wouldn't give you all the pregnancy symptoms.
I recommend you get a blood test and I'm sorry to tell you this but you need to go to your doctor to get the referral. Good luck and best wishes.

This also happened to me. I took 8 tests before I finally got a positive one at and by that time I was already 13 weeks pregnant(even going to the doctor and taking a urine test there, they wouldn't give me a blood test!). It is possible esp. possible when nursing for the hormone not to show up. Keep testing or ask your doctor for a blood test.

The chances of 4 tests failing are less. Yes, stress can be a factor for a delayed period. Blood work would be the best way of finding out.

hay first u have to go Doctor.
some time the test dont show result till the month of 4.
after 4 month u know that u r preg. of 4 month.
u also go cheak a doctor may be he/she tell u true picture.
