3. I have been alone for 20+ years so I am use to being alone. IF I am not alone, I feel like I am alone so what's the difference. If I had money, I could find a LOT of things to do to keep my mind off sex..since I have gone this long

Since you did not mention which "one", then my choice would be neither.
I would much rather experience life through its myriad of choice over the years and have a full life than one so restricted to sex or money.
Neither one will be very fullfilling when someone writes your obituary.
Think about it.
