Mother's day...b/c every mother's day, I buy my mom a long stemmed yellow rose. She loves the color yellow, and she loves roses. She works her butt off for my dad and me everyday, so getting her a rose is the least I can do. Of course, she later gives it to the statue of Mary in honor of Jesus's mom, but not without giving me a warm hug.

Yet somehow, the smell of roses reminds me of tea...

This is a symbol of love with no signifigance because there are many ways to portray your love for someone, and this is the most common...i would much rather over step the safety barrier and try something NEW and romantic.....It is just my opinion but i feel my gilfriend would appreciate this much more than becoming part of a stereotype.....Although if she really wanted them you could get them as well...
