I feel your pain. I have a Dazzle video capture device that will give me good video with certain capture software but no audio, no matter where I have the settings. With other software, I get good audio but terrible video.

The best way to make video tools like this run is to use a computer that has almost nothing on it. Just have the operating system loaded and then load the editing/capture software. Use the software that came with the capture device.

Other than this, make sure that your audio levels are up on the computer, including both input and output levels. Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume Control and make sure things are turned up. If you're not sure which slider is the best for you, bring them all up halfway.

Good luck!

sure, the youtube is very strict with audio and music, if you embed an music into video and upload it on youtube, the system will automatically detect and mute the sound, the ONLY way to add sound to video is using audio swap which is avaible to use for free by youtube.
