There isn't a way to get rid of them really. But I recommend getting a screen sticker to prevent any more from forming. =(

I've read many reviews that suggested using a watch cleaner called brasso or something on many tech sites is effective. iCleaner is a popular product on the internet that can remove minor scratches from the front and back and some moderate scratches according to Cnet, I've never used any though. Just google your question and a plethora of websites and products will pop up. However, most of them could be useless, therefore, you must excercise caution and read as many reviews about the products or get more information on them. Brasso is the most inexpensive one, which costs about 3 -4 dollars at a store like Target, whereas, iCleaner costs roughly 20 dollars for a measely bottle.
