Indiasn Human beings are NOT some toys or some shirts to change , just like that.. Are you asking someone to take action to change the entire 1 billion of them ? Or you you will do in small lots of 10 millions?
If I understand you, you feel frustrated with the goings on in Indian govt. offices, on roads, and with unruly students. am I right?
It will take along time. You cahnge first. Then you become a small group of interested memebrs . This is the only way.
There was agreat president in a big country who said " Donot ask what the country can do for you. Ask what you can do for the country"

NEVER. They may change their appearance but mentality will remain the same. Even if they change, the change will occur after 100 or 1000 of years. God knows when??????????????.
