if the water is pored can the fire be stopped OR
the fire will not be disappear?

The flash point of the oil has been reached. Any fire can be stopped if the fuel is removed, if oxygen is removed or if the temperature is brought beneath the flash point of the fuel.

It's possible if it's warm enough that some of the oil is in vapour form, and so will act as a fuel to keep the fire going.

Water and oil don't mix, so it's possible for the fire to continue when water is poured onto the oil. It can help to put it out, but not necessary. The best and safe way to put out the fire is by using a wet cloth. Place the wet cloth over the fire.

Because the oil is fuel and the fuel is one of the factors where fire starts and placed in the fire triangle. It will disappear somehow but it will start again
