Just realize that there is no point to loving someone who doesn't want you. You will only end up hurting yourself and destroying many possible relationships with girls who would probably be very good to you and probably treat you a lot better than your ex did. She is with someone else. Accept this and move on. You must have the courage to change the things you can, but also the wisdom to accept what you cannot.
* Additional note: Having sex with other women will NOT help you get over your ex. If you really loved your ex then you will only compare the new girls to your ex and the new girls will always come up short because true love is better than just lust. Sure, having sex with the 10 girls will be fun, but it will NOT make you forget.

I know how you feel. You will never forget her because you loved her but you can get over her. try not to dwell on her too much. Also I found out that the best remedy for you is to find someone quickly to have fun with and not be serious. This helps to keep your mind off her and you need a distraction at this time.

I have to say that the first answer advising you to have sex with ten other women will, in fact, successfully help you forget her.
It may be a bit impractical though, so unless you look like Brad Pitt, you may just have to go the route of alcohol.

go buy a couple of bottles of scotch, invite a few mates arround, maybe a stripper, and just whipe your selves out on the weekend.
have a damn good party for the last tiome you'll think about her.
