Nancy Priddy (Actress Christina Applegate's Mom) is a singer, songwriter, and actress. In 1969, she married record executive Bob Applegate and in 1971, the couple had a daughter, Christina Applegate, who grew up to become a television actress, notably on the series Married with Children. After the breakup of her marriage, Priddy supported herself as an actress, appearing, on the soap opera Days of Our Lives ( a small uncredited recurring walk on role at the hospital)
