Depends what you want to do. The best tuner card with PVR fucntionality it the Hauppauge PVR350. They have a dual tuner card (PVR500) as well. The PVR 150 is the most affordable of the PVR series retailing around $100. A basic tuner card for just watching TV (you'll have recording capability too but the load will be on the CPU) will be between $40 and $80. ATI and Huappauge make the best standard TV cards avaialable.

tv tuner pc card one for about $100 from walmart if you want the verry best buy one for $300 but they all do da same tv
