Congratulations, Better to be safe then sorry as at 6 weeks the baby is still only tiny only 10mm long, it is safe to have sex at this safe of pregnancy for most women but as your wife has had reoccurring miscarriages it would be better to wait until 12 weeks to give the baby enough time to adapt, your semen softens the cervix so it is always advised if bleeding, reoccurring miscarriages or high risk of pre-term labour, to avoid sexual intercourse to give the baby the best chance. There are many ways to be intimate with your wife, sensual massages, touching, stroking oral. Its best to avoid intercourse and enjoy other things with your wife just for now and in 6 weeks after she has seen her doctor to make sure everything is running smoothly then you should be able to enjoy sexual intercourse for the remaining months of pregnancy.

Best wishes and hope it all turns out wonderfully for you both, Good luck

Miscarriages before 12 weeks are usually formation issues and have nothing to do with what you're doing on the outside. After three miscarriages, however, give the woman a rest - maybe she needs TLC and not DoMe to make it through this stressful time.

I myself have had a miscarriage and they told me that I could rest assure after the first trimester. That is considered the "danger zone" for miscarriages. I am also not a high risk because I have only had one miscarriage but after 3 I would seriously ask the doctor before doing anything.

Sure it is. Aslong as you don't mind the kid coming out with a head looking like a golf ball. Have you given any consideration as to how your wife might feel about it?
