Yes I can. The air smells cleaner. I can also tell when it's going to rain about 2 days before it does.

I can smell the rain when it coming I like that first smell of rain. Where I live we need lots and lots of rain.

Yup ... always.
I still remember the first time I said "smells like a storm coming up" .... my ex looked at me like I just said I was an alien from another planet ... then starting laughing at me. He wasn't laughin' when it started to rain ... not even 10 minutes later.
I can't really describe the smell ... but it's energizing.
I wonder WHY some of us can smell it ... and others can't?

I've had ppl laugh at me and call me crazy when I could smell the rain coming and they couldn't. But now??? They listen to me more than the weather man...lol

Not only that, but as I've gotten into my mid-40's I can predict a shift in weather with a sinus headache and arthritis in my knee.
I never believed my Mom when I was younger, but now I can understand how she could predict the weather.
My co-workers have been made believers. A couple of them will take my predictions over the weatherman ( he probably flips a coin).

Yes, I can smell it. What you are smelling is the ozone discharges from the static electricity in the air. The "feel" of rain is the dropping barometric pressure.

Yes I can....a beautiful aroma!!! Maybe it's because we like the rain. Some people walk in the rain,,,,others just get wet!

I can too. I learned because I live in the country and there is no smog to cover up the smell.
