Not sure what you are asking, so I will answer in several ways. First, while sperm can live inside the vagina for up to five days, the egg is only open to fertilization for about two days. If you have missed your period, the first thing to do would be to take a pregnancy test. There are many causes for missing a period besides pregnancy, but pregnancy is by far the most common. no i read in my college health book that once an egg is released from the ovary it is only alive for 24 hours. but multiple eggs can be released when a woman obulates. better to be safe than sorry and use protection! if she is 2 weeks late she could be pregnant, or her period could also be late cause of stress, increase in exercise or a change of diet. or she could just have irregular periods =)
always protect yourself!

sperm can live in the body for up to 5 days also =p
and DOESNT DIE WHEN IT HITS AIR! ans long it still has moisture then it can live.
