if you use IE - select file --> save as --> put in a file name -- in the save as type select web page complete. thats it.

Select IN IE File/ Save as.
The Save Webpage window will appear.
select save as type Htm files.
encoding : user defined.
CHECK THE FOLDER where you have saved the HTML
page and open it.
You may have to change the encoding option if the page does not display properly.
