No but it can turn red if you smoke a lot

my dad smoked since 8 it causes his face to turn a little red and your nails turn yellow

Well, if you are smoking certain things, especially in conjunction with some Rx or non-Rx drugs, you might just 'think' it's turning your skin black.

No... but I've known many smokers. It doesn;t change the color, but it does make the skin ashy, cracked, and dry... almost matted... and sniffy.
