The question of vampires and ghosts seems to be one many many people just love to ask. And it really does depend on what YOU believe. If you think vampires are real, then it is your choice and yours alone. But whether or not they exist...(ghosts...demons...) doesn't make any difference on how they affect you.
And about the "talking to the dead"...there are still some people who can do such things. But the ones on TV are usually fakes. A word of advice: If a psychic asks you for money and they claim they only wish to help...they lie. If they REALLY wanted to help you then they wouldn't ask for your money. People who use their gifts to get profit are either too poor to get an actual job, or really messed up.
The art of bringing back the dead...also known as resurrection...is a forbidden one. I'm not sure if anyone now can do this forbidden art. It's forbidden for a reason....and some more advice...be careful what you wish for, what you search for...you may not know the full effect of the consequences...I speak from experience.
