Get caller ID and don't answer.

Tell them:

Wrong number......
Put me on your do not call list.
or I'll report you.

Last, change your #.

Give up on the legal action and a court case.

Next time they call tell them he moved and give them his new number. I would select the police station as his new number or a lawyer's office. GOOD LUCK!

Why don't you just change your phone number? This obviously sounds like harrassment, but this is amazing that this has been ongoing for six months. Is this someone that knows you, and is just messing with you? I would just change my phone number if I were you.

Talk to your network provider and warn them of legal action. They will not disturb you after that.
