Country. I have lived in the city and i hated it. There was too much crime and it's not nearly as beautiful.

I think they're all awesome!!! I've lived in a big city (Houston), a small town (Georgetown), and out in the country (Sealy)... all in Texas; but very different. I guess anyone can come up with a list of cons for anything... I prefer the pros. Big cities have so many places, cultures, and people... very busy. Small town are very relaxed and you get to know people on a personal level. You get a good level of privacy with a nice loving feel. Then there's the country... all the nature and outdoors activity, quiet and fun also. So... I guess I like all of them because different moods ask for specific surroundings!!!

I have lived in both also and cant really decide which i like better so we live in between for now! The city has so much to offer but crime is very bad. The country has very little crime but not much to do. We are thinking of moving to Charlotte soon though so we will back in the city again.

I live in a small city, but some of the things I miss about a big city is the public transportation, not "needing" a car to get places and being able to get a pizza at 3 am.

I live in a small college town now, but I grew up in a small town outside of a very large city (Miami), and I think that's the best way to go. That way, you don't have to travel too far to get into a city, but you also don't have to deal with all the stress that goes into living in a big city.

I grew up in a small city, now live in a small country town (due to work). Love the country, about 3,500 people in the town and as flat as you can imagine (2nd flattest piece of earth behind the Sahara Desert). People are friendlier, it is more social (in a different social way than the city) and it's definitely cleaner!!! Any smaller wouldn't be good though:-)

i live in a very large city which is great because it has everything you can dream of and more from museums, theaters, fashion, shopping malls, tennis courts and basketball too. it has things that people from around the world come to see.i like the country,it's quiet and peaceful with a smell all its own;i visit, but i could not live there,i love the idea that if i choose to i can get up at 3am and find something to do like a dance, movie,a night club there is always some place one could go.
