If you are of age, i recommend you get a job to help you pay for the extra things that you want. However, if you are still not a legal age to work, I recommend that you and your parents apply for a hardship license. This license is granted to people under the age of 16 whose family's may have financial difficulties and the minor working would probably be beneficial to the family. If your excuse is that you don't have a way to get there, i'm sure people in your family will give you a ride or check your local bus routes. Other than that i hope your family's situation improves and good luck. Also, try not to compare yourself to those other girls in your school. They may be wearing the cutest clothes but that doesn't mean that their lives are perfect either. Just remember the saying: The grass is always greener on the other side. ;D

Realize that money isn't everything! When you get out in the real world you will see that clothes and money are not important. The most important thing is to feel beautiful no matter how expensive your clothing is. When I was younger I would spend so much money on clothes. I would never be caught wearing cheep clothes. Whne I started college I realized that Wal-mart clothes we just at cool and I had more money to spend on cooler stuff. Trust me in college you will learn that you can either spend 100 dollars on a cute pair of jeans or 25 for jeans a 75 dollars on food that will get you through for a while. For now, you might want to shop at discount stores that have name brands...marshalls, TJ Max, etc. Most importantly look at yourself as a valuable person regardless of your clothes. You are an amazing person whether you are wearing Abercrombie or the Wal-Mart jeans.

Learn how to shop the clearance racks. This is a valuable skill that will help you throughout your entire life. I've been able to purchase $120 skirts for $10, $60 scarves for $5, and $145 boots for $30, among a million other deals. People think I'm rich, but I'm not. I'm patient, and I know the cycles of my favorite stores' sales and get there at just the right time.

If you are old enough, get a part time job at mcdonalds or something after school and buy your own clothes. You can try looking on ebay or overstock.com. You can find real good prices on those sites. Or go to thrift stores. Goodwill has some brand names too. And those clothes are in good shape too. If you have a store around you that sells factory rejects, go there too. You can get things dirt cheap sometimes!!!! Good luck honey!!!!!

I know the feeling. Look in your local yellow pages for a catalog return store or an outlet. Many times they have the same clothes at alot lower prices. Also don't be embarrassed to check at the goodwill stores you can find really expensive clothes at really low prices there. Good luck, I hope this helps you.

STop going to these places. Spend you time on your studies, get good grades, enter college or U and get a good paying job. Then you may go to these malls. Not everyone is rich and they just have to do without while they are young. If you don't go out much you don't need so many nice clothes. Bide your time.....it will come.

I guess you could get a job. Also, I know this is not what you want to hear, but the places you want to shop at are OVERRATED. i'm sorry, i just cannot understand why you would want to wear over-torn, over-vintaged clothing. All the stuff is wrinkled, thin and torn- ever seen Zoolander? recall Derelicte? Aside from my rant, you can look at styles that you like, and buy similar items from charlotte russe, forever21(gadzooks), old navy, jcpenny, etc. If you really want the brand name, you can go to a consignment store like plato's closet.

Get a part-time job after school and on weekends...if you're under legal working age, you can still babysit, do errands for family and neighbors, walk dogs for people, and do lawn care jobs to earn money. However...once you find how hard you have to work to earn money...you may decide those trendy clothes aren't really worth the expense afterall

You could try to make your own clothes. It's fun, but it takes a little time, but it's worth it! You could save up to buy a book which gives you loads of ideas on how to make your own clothes. It's called I wanna make my own clothes by Clea Hantman. The book may cost $59-$100, but it's totally cool. For example it shows you how to make: 'The twisty turn Halter Tee' & 'The Dramatic shoulder tee' etc. Good Luck and I hope you get loads of cool clothes to wear to make you look cool!
