If you are using wireless network to send / recieve data from one computer to another then it is free and will not be charged i.e. you connect to other computer via network neighbourhood or by searching for their computer name.

If you are doing using some IM's that provide this facility then you are using the internet to transfer the files.

I hope i haven't confused you. PM me if you think you need any clarification.

When you talk to a computer on the lan, the signal goes to the router and then to the other computer. You only pay when data goes past the router.

particular you will get into hardship. Your ISP will have not have been given any way of determining no remember if it incredibly is you or a rogue third occasion stealing your wifi. no remember if it incredibly is severe adequate which you will get arrested for then regulation Enforcement will in all probability additionally want evidence out of your hard disk drive, which wont exist while you're harmless. in the journey that your router retains logs then the mac handle of the guy abusing your connection will take place next to the unlawful content textile. Supposing this individual did no longer spoof their mac handle regulation Enforcement ought to capture directly to him considering the fact that he's probable to stay interior of sight. needless to say securing your wifi will shop you all this hardship.

I think it is not counted.
Unless you copy from a remote user..
Disconnect Internet connection and confirm
you can copy from computer to computer.
