I am a guy but i love to cross dress as a gal especially dress in japanese gal uniform. I am not sure if i have start to turn into a gay but i start to fantasies myself giving blowjobs to guys or even sex. I have even thought of going out to meet guys dressing as a gal. What should I do?

It's a real shame, but the days of Bugis Street girly boys are long gone in Singapore. I'd be real careful, if I was you. The 'new' government is not tolerant of any so called 'moral indignities', and you can get publicly beaten if you are caught. And that's a shame. So, do your homework before you 'out' yourself.
Perhaps you should think about entering politics, and start the change from within the government.

There are clubs for that in most large cities around the world. I'm not too sure about Singapore. Try looking online. The internet is a great way to find people that crossdress, people that love crossdressers, and places for the two group to get together.

I thought in Singapore there are no limits on morality. So why would you question anything you do. There are cross dressers there every where.
