No,you could put a screen in it though. Otherwise the filtration is in your water softener system. R.O. system, or the well filter. Or else the City water dept.

Yep. There are various kinds and brands. Do a web search, search eBay, and/or visit a health food store such as Whole Foods. They can filter out chlorine and other bad stuff like lead just like faucet filters. My experience is that your skin is less dry when chlorine is removed. I highly recommend a shower filter in addition to a faucet filter.

Yes. There is at least 1 kind that filters the chlorine out.
